Web Design/Development– for those a little bit more tech-savvy or more into web technologies, you could offer web design, Web Development, WordPress design, and development.  This home-based tech business is more for those who understand basic design in HTML, scripting development in PHP or ASP.net, and database design using MySQL or MS SQL.

  3. Client Web Site Backup/Support– In addition to Web Design/Development, if you have had experience using CPANEL, and PHPMYADMIN you can also charge for backing up clients’ websites. This could also include backing up WordPress Websites and MySQL databases. Beware though that this service is crucial and that there is no room for errors.  With this service, you can also look at creating and maintaining clients’ email addresses and emails.

  4. Transcription– A transcription service is a business that converts speech (either live or recorded) into a written or electronic text document. Transcription services are often provided for business, legal, or medical purposes. The most common type of transcription is from a spoken-language source into text. An example of which is a computer file suitable for printing as a document such as a report. Common examples are the proceedings of a court hearing such as a criminal trial (by a court reporter) or a physician’s recorded voice notes (medical transcription). Some transcription businesses can send staff to events, speeches, or seminars, who then convert the spoken content into text. Some companies also accept recorded speech, either on cassette, CD, VHS, or as sound files.
