The cafe’s success prompted the creation of Daleachious Coffee, a sub-brand that emphasizes beverages, especially coffee and non-coffee drinks. 1. 3 years use of License

3. Full set of espresso machine and equipments
4. Free 1 Month worth of supply in coffee beans, syrups, milk etc.
5. Free 6 months subscription of POS machine and system (payroll etc)
6. Full course training from product making and service
7. Full course training on operations and accounting

Exclusions
1. Construction Cost
- Construction cost is fully handled and financed by the Franchisee.
- Area and allocation of the branch is either up to the Franchisee or to the
franchisors suggested location with a feasibility study.
- Construction is fully handled by an accredited contractor of the Franchisor.
2. Business Permits
- Business permits and compliance is processed and managed by the
franchisee.
