• It was in 2019 when the company launched its first convenience store in One Oasis Sta. Lucia, Pasig City. Two more stores were established in 2021 & 2022. Mary Lipa Supermarket has opened its doors to residents of Lipa City since 2022.
• MaryMarket Consumers Corp. offers franchising services, retail consulting and  management, and retail setup of convenience store, grocery store, supermarket, and hardware store and depot.

Franchise applicants may choose to its supermarket brand, 'Mary Supermarket', and convenience store brand 'Pick Corner'.
